Unfortunately, we do not offer returns and exchanges for our accessories currently. All sales are final.
In the unlikely instance that a defective item has been sent to you, do drop us an e-mail at email@example.com with your order number, the name of the item and a clear photograph of the defect within 7 days of receiving your order. A replacement will be sent to you at no cost, provided that the item is in stock. If the item is out of stock, online store credits will be provided.
Please note that these terms only cover genuine manufacturing defect.
